GreenShift 1.0 will generate a wide range of outputs and tangible results designed to foster green skills, inclusive training practices, and sustainable local development in the Amazon region of Peru and Bolivia. These results will be openly accessible and aligned with the priorities of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building framework.
1. Research & Analysis (Amazon Regional Green Status Quo)
  • Amazon regional Status Quo Report – Peru & Bolivia A comprehensive analysis of the current state of the green skills in the target region.

    A data-driven map that identifies key green job profiles, competency needs, and skills gaps in the Amazon context.

    Interactive roundtable sessions involving government, academia, civil society, and private sector actors to identify skills needs and promote open dialogue.

    A practical framework that outlines green competencies, learning pathways, and the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders.
